One Day in person experiential or online over 6 hours where participants receive a basic knowledge about Laughter Yoga, how it works and the immeasurable health benefits it provides.
You will experience a LY session and Laughter Meditation, learn Laughter Yoga and breathwork practices and practical ideas on how to bring more laughter and joy into your life.
